Job Title: Contact Centre Representative
Job Overview
The job holder will be responsible for supporting the business by handling customers’ complaints, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues on basic banking services. provide assistance to customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Escalate customer issues and ensure corrective action.
- Promote and sell bank products and services.
- Facilitate smooth transactions through clear communication with customers and departments.
- Provide basic product knowledge to customers and staff.
- Open all account types and ensure complete documentation.
- Process customer requests and resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Organize account opening documents and packages.
- Set up standing orders.
- Issue and activate all card types (VPAY, Debit, Netsafe, MasterCard, Visa).
- Perform other tasks assigned by Customer Service leadership.
Qualifications, Competences & Skills Required
• Experience in Banking operations for at least 2years will be an added advantage
• Must be between 25 and 30 years of age
• Must be proficient in the use of the computer system (Microsoft office suite), Customer service skills, Attention to Details, Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills, Problem Solving Skills and Interpersonal Skills
