Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or logistics environment would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick products from stock according to order sheets.
Pack orders securely and correctly, ensuring products are protected and labelled properly.
Prepare goods for dispatch, including palletising, wrapping, and loading.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dispatch and storage areas.
Conduct quality and quantity checks before dispatch.
Fill in traceability sheets accurately.
Assist with stock rotation and inventory counts when required.
Always follow health and safety procedures.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to the Dispatch/
