Qualifications & Skills
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, or Secretarial Studies (advantageous)
1–2 years’ experience in office administration or PA role (junior/entry-level)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Answer phones, manage correspondence, and greet visitors
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist with filing, document management, and data capturing
Prepare reports, presentations, and basic correspondence
Handle office supplies, stationery, and general office upkeep
Support financial administration (e.g., petty cash, expense tracking)
Perform ad-hoc PA duties as required (personal errands, diary management)
