JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Have experience in administrative or clerical task is a plus.
Can attend interviews
Amenable to work onsite in Laguna
Can start as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Previous experience in General Affairs or administrative roles is an advantage.
Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including facilities management, office supply monitoring, and procurement activities.
Coordinate company events, meetings, visa processing, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth logistics and well-organized execution.
Work effectively both independently and within a team, demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
Assist in HR-related functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee documentation.
