JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Have experience in administrative or clerical task is a plus.
Can attend interviews
Amenable to work onsite in Laguna
Can start as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prior experience in General Affairs or administrative roles is preferred.
Oversee daily administrative operations, including facilities management, office supply monitoring, and procurement activities.
Coordinate company events, meetings, visa processing, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless logistics and planning.
Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
Support HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee documentation.
