Education Required: Completion of High School Certificate is required
Work Experience: 2 or more years of experience in administrator position
Job Duties:
Coordinate shop activities and operations to secure efficiency.
Scheduling incoming repairs and communication with customers on their vehicle status.
Opening and closing repair orders and collecting insurance payments on repair claims.
Receiving and posting all invoices and credits to repair orders
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc)
Print and check repair orders for mechanics- time and parts used.
