What We’re Looking For:

-Proven experience recruiting attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.

-Strong network within law firms and corporate legal departments.

-Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle independently.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements:
-2-3 years of staffing industry, business development, or sales experience preferred.
-Experience providing full-service specialized staffing solutions in your area is ideal.
-Demonstrated ability to reach senior level executives with target customers (C-suite, VP, etc.).
-Tech-savvy individuals with a strong social media presence including LinkedIn, Instagram, and job boards Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
-Introducing the services in your area via telephone, video and in-person meetings.
-Presenting the features and benefits of the platform to C-suite, VP and hiring teams.
-Bringing in new jobs to fill.
-Working with matched candidates and clients, setting up interviews, negotiating and extending job offers to selected candidates.
-Providing feedback and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
-Training hiring teams on how to use the platform.
-Growing new business opportunities across your geographical area and staffing specialty while expanding the current client base.
-Growing network and income on entire platform.

Compensation:
-Unlimited Exponential Commission
