Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is$19 - $19 / hour*
What you'll be doing as anApartment Assistant Manager:
Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies
Conduct property tours for potential tenants and handle lease agreements
Address tenant concerns and resolve maintenance issues promptly
Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
Oversee rent collection and financial reporting
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property upkeep
Keep office, property grounds and restroom clean and organized

Job requirements:
Experience in property management is a plus
Experience with Yardi software is a plus
