Clubview, Centurion: LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Fully proficient in both, Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must (General Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Estates and/or Trusts)
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Stable employment record (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record etc.)
-Contactable employment references from non-family orientated employers
-Residing in / near Centurion (within daily commuting distance)
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting and typing of Litigation documents, pleadings and notices for General Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Estates and Trusts
-Providing legal support to Attorneys and Directors
-Client liaison in Afrikaans and English
-General legal secretarial and legal administrative duties (opening files, filing, invoicing etc.)
Salary: ± R 15 000.00 gross (Negotiable depending on experience)
