Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 - $27 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a ID/OD Taper Grinder:
Perform all basic grinding required within the shop conforming to all specifications
Math and shop related knowledge a must
Set-up and run any parts on CNC ID cylindrical grinders
Inspect 1st pc and own work to meet standards
Operate precision gauging
Follow safety standards and procedures
Can operate with little or no supervision
Follow proper work instructions
Available shifts:
Shift timings -2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years CNC grinding experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work with mathematical concepts using decimals
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
