Faerie Glen, Pretoria East: JUNIOR CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional, non smoking, female
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Recent Conveyancing experience at law firm a must
-Experience in ABSA, Nedbank or FNB Bonds preferred (Training provided)
-Eager and willing to learn
-Computer literate, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Valid driver’s license with own vehicle a must
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-Residing in Pretoria a must (Preferably in / near Pretoria East)
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Reception and conveyancing assistance for law firm
-Assist with drafting of ABSA, Nedbank and/or FNB Bonds Registrations and Bond Cancellations
-Assist Conveyancer and Conveyancing secretaries with conveyancing duties
-General Conveyancing administration
-Client liaison
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Market related)
