Brooklyn, Pretoria: JUNIOR LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans first language and English second language (fully bilingual)
-Minimum 2 years recent Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must (Non-negotiable key requirement)
-Knowledge of Court Online and Caselines
-Dictaphone typing experience, with good typing skills and grammar
-Computer literate in MS Office (AJS proficiency advantageous)
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-Residing in Pretoria (within daily commuting distance)
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting and typing of High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation documents, notices and pleadings (General Litigation)
-Client liaison and typing of legal correspondence in Afrikaans and English
-General legal and administrative duties
-Dictaphone typing
Salary: R 10 000.00 gross maximum
