Lynnwood, Pretoria: LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual and fluent in both Afrikaans and English a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Minimum 2 years recent experience in General Litigation typing at a law firm a must (Civil Litigation)
-Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, Caselines and Court Online a must
-Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Able to work in culturally diverse environment
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-Residing in Pretoria (within daily commuting distance from Lynnwood)
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Litigation Secretary duties for small law firm (BEE owned)
-Typing of High Court & Magistrate’s Court litigation documents, notices and pleadings
-Drafting legal documents and client liaison in Afrikaans and English
-Dictaphone typing, general secretarial and administrative duties
Salary: ± R 13 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross
